Compressed air is one of the largest energy users in industrial plants. And yet
many plants do not know their true cost and it is still a prime area for cost reduction.
Compressed Air costs your company 30% to 50% more than it should!
| What is the Cost of Compressed Air |

1 - 100 Hp compressor cost approximately $35,000 per year to
operate.

| Why AiRTX Air Amplification Products? |
- Save money on compressed air 50-90%
- Increase volume of air flow – 90 times
- Nozzles meet OSHA Standards
- Relieves duty cycle of air compressor- reduces repair cost
- Reduce noise levels 50 dBA or more
|
The problem
Most manufacturing plants use a great deal of compressed air in blowing off the
product using uncontrollable straight open tubes or pipes. Example of inappropriate
use that is frequently found is a blowing application that uses compressed air to
clean, dry surfaces, cool, transport, sort. Apart from wasting compressed air, it
also
violates OSHA noise and dead ended pressure requirements.
